Bionic Hair & Beauty takes every precaution to ensure that all goods delivered are not damaged or tainted.

If you do find that any of the goods are damaged or missing on arrival then please ensure that it is reported within 24 hours. Please e-mail us at info@bionichairandbeauty.co.za with details describing the fault.

We will reimburse the postage cost for the return of the item; however, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
