RETURNS POLICY

RETURN POLICY

BIONIC HAIR AND BEAUTY pride ourselves in sourcing only the best products from reputable suppliers. It is for this reason that we do not have returns on any of our products. However, being pro-active rather than re-active we have a set of rules and regulations on returns.

Our policy lasts 5 working days only. If 5 working days have gone by since you have signed for receipt of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. This is regardless of who signs on your behalf. Please ensure that the person signing on your behalf notifies you that the goods have arrived. Bionic Hair and Beauty will not be held liable if you were not notified. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Cosmetics and accessories or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.

Additional non-returnable items are:
Gift Cards as well as some health and personal care items or creams.

RETURNING OF ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES

Please note that all our suppliers give guarantees. They also will replace or repair the item for you in an unfortunate event of it being damaged. Kindly see the guarantee status on the invoice. Further, it is your responsibility to keep the receipt of order as your guarantee. You are welcome to mail us on info@bionichairandbeauty.co.za and we will forward you the relevant information. Our suppliers will arrange for pick up of electrical products from you. (unless otherwise notified by us)

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 calendar days. Please note that if you do not qualify for a refund you may qualify for a Bionic Hair And Beauty Voucher.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

Please note that we will send you a notification that payment has been made, however, If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Kindly note that only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Please take note of this when ordering online. It is your responsibility to take note of sale items. However, do contact us first and we may replace it with a gift voucher. This, however, will be done at the sole discretion of Management of Bionic Hair and Beauty. You may request such a return via info@bionichairandbeauty.co.za further note that you may be held liable for courier costs.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

However, our aim is to ensure clients the best experience through our online service. So please do not take it as set in stone. You are welcome to contact us at info@bionichairandbeauty.co.za and we will make every attempt to assist you. Please note that you may be held liable for costs of shipping.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 10 Tulbagh road, Monte Vista, Cape Town, 7460.

SHIPPER OF CHOICE

Bionic Hair and Beauty through trial and error has managed to secure you the best possible courier company South Africa has to offer. It will make things much easier if you would use them for returns or refundable gifts, goods or items. You may get their information off our website or mail us at info@bionichairandbeauty.co.za 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R1,500 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
